How long does shipping take for custom kits?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the domestic region. Once your order is processed, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's journey.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes, privacy is our priority. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or mailers with a generic return address to ensure complete confidentiality.
What is your return policy?
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened kits or used items. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement.
Are the materials used skin-safe?
Absolutely. Our molding powders and silicone materials are medical-grade, hypoallergenic, and rigorously tested to ensure they are safe for all skin types.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
