Due to the intimate and custom nature of our products, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on unopened kits and a replacement warranty for any manufacturing defects. For hygiene reasons, used or opened items cannot be returned to our warehouse.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your product is in its original, sealed packaging or document any manufacturing defects with clear photographs.

• 2.
  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

• 3.
  Package Your Return

  Securely pack the item in its original box and clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package to avoid processing delays.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement kit within 5 business days.
